• Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9"; 140 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair; brown eyes. Some facial hair. There are traverse, irregular scars across left dorsal hand and the base of the index and middle fingers.
• Clothing: Dark blue t-shirt - inscription "Punk Rock" size large, "no boundaries" brand; light blue plaid, button down, short sleeve shirt, size large, "Foremost" brand; white sleeveless undershirt (no tag); blue denim trousers, 32 waist, "Pepe Vaselin" brand; two pairs of brief style underpants, one "Fruit of The Loom" the other without tag; grey athletic socks; one athletic style shoe, white with blue stripes, inscribed "Superstar", "Adidas" brand, US size 11.
• Personal Effects: Mexican money; "Vick's" tin.
• Fingerprints: Available
• Dentals: Available; 3 carious destruction of crown 7, 8, 9, 10 - replaced by 4 tooth "flipper type" removable denture with silver metal clasps around teeth 6 & 11
• DNA: Sample available - not yet submitted

Case History
The victim was an occupant in a motor vehicle accident on SR 79 / MP 117.2 in Florence, Arizona on August 7, 2008.
A single SUV vehicle rollover causing 9 fatalities (8 victims were identified: 5 were Salvadorans, 2 were Mexicans, and 1 was Honduran).

Decedent used alias Jose Alvarez Lopez from Culiacon, Mexico, with DOB of 10-03-1983. Mexican authorities confirm that this person does not exist.
