Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 36-45 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0-6'0; 115 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair.
  • Tattoos: Right deltoid area has a tattoo with the letters "MDP" and an underlying figure. There is a sunburst anterior to the figure and underneath are the words "Madre Mia". A tattoo expert confirmed it to be a Cuban jail tattoo.
  • Clothing: White tennis shoes, green shirt and blue jeans, investigation found clothing were made in Communist bloc countries.
  • Dentals: Some dental work.

  • Case History
    Body found in Atlantic Ocean surf, near 2095 North A1A in the town of Indialantic after storm.
    Positive for alcohol. Possible Cuban male that came ashore during a storm. Within 500 feet was a makeshift raft, which investigation found materials to make raft were from Communist bloc countries.
    Raft and two kilos of cocaine were nearby, possible connection to Haitian man washed ashore alive in South Florida a week prior who lost 2 companions.
