  • Estimated age: 36-45 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8"; 123 lbs, thin build
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Hair is gray and curly with balding in the front and back; Right eye has brown iris. Left eye is atrophic and sunken in the orbit.
  • Medical Conditions: Heart Disease
  • Clothing: Long sleeved 'Ocean Pacific' blue pullover with red stripes, size small, gray pleated slacks, white socks with red stripes, and black high top shoes and no underwear
  • Distinguishing Marks: Right cheek has a soft, tan, raised mole. Right elbow has an irregular, 2 cm scar.

Case History
The victim was located floating in the Inter-coastal waterway 1/4 mile north of marker 67 off Rickenbacker Cswy Miami, Florida.
