Case History
The victim was located in an empty lot on NW 6th Avenue in Miami Florida.

He was apparently homeless and living in a vacant lot under some trees at the location where his body was found. He used to live next door with his wife until she died 7 years prior.

Neighbors knew of him but did not know his name, except for "Ramsey".
