Circumstances of Disappearance
Donnell was last seen leaving his residence on Christensen Lane in Roseburg, Oregon on October 4, 1993. He had a domestic disturbance with his wife at the time. Donnell has never been heard from again.

His 1991 black Nissan pickup truck with an extended cab was discovered abandoned three weeks after his disappearance. Donnell's vehicle was located at the first jetty in Winchester Bay, Oregon. There was no sign of him at the scene.

Donnell is originally from Oakridge, Oregon. He was previously employed in the food service and forest products' industries. He also enjoys fishing and hunting.
