  • Marks, Scars: Collins has freckles and a small scar on his tongue. Kevin also has dyslexia.
  • Dentals: Dental X-rays available
  • DNA: Available
  • Clothing: School uniform, dark brown corduroy pants, white short sleeve shirt, dark green sweater, Giants jacket; beige Nike shoes.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Collins was last seen at approximately 19:55 on February 10, 1984. He was waiting for a bus at the corner of Oak and Masonic streets in San Francisco, California. Collins was returning home from basketball practice.
It is possible that Collins may have been abducted by two White males driving a four-door, royal blue 1967 Ford Galaxy.
