Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Disappearance
Rosalia Molin and Paola Constantini disappeared in 1991. They were going to accompany Rosalia's brother to his job.

The three took the ferry from Burano and disembarked in Treporti, where they continued the trip with Rosalia's car. When the car began to skid they discovered that three bolts were missing from a wheel. Someone might have sabotaged it.

At this point they met Rosalia's ex-boyfriend. He was later on suspected for the disappearance of the two women. He went with the brother to his job and after a while returned with the tools to repair the wheel. When he returned the women were gone.

Approximately 7 months after, Paola's purse was found in the sea, accidentally caught in the net of a fisherman. Paola and Rosalia has never been seen again.
