Oscar was abducted by his noncustodial father, Augustine Emeasoba.
A warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor by the FBI on 2/18/93.

Augustine is a Black male, 5'8" tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. His date of birth is December 24, 1942. The abductor has a large mouth and nose and has scars on his hands and feet. His eyes are dark brown and his hair is black with gray.
