  • Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Black hair; brown eyes.
  • Marks, Scars: Jerry has a scar on his left wrist, left elbow and his left ear is pierced. Jerry has a mole and a dimple on his left cheek. Freckles.
  • Medical: Fractured right wrist.
  • Clothing: He was last seen wearing dark blue corduroy pants (size 30x30), a brown shirt (size 15), a blue tee shirt and white tennis shoes that were size 10.5. He also had a tri-fold wallet, bic lighter, light blue brush. Cut glass earring.
  • Dentals: Information/Charting is available. Lower denture.
  • Fingerprints: Available

Circumstances of Disappearance
Jerry was last seen on April 16, 1988. A friend drove Jerry to the Manassas Mall and dropped him off at the shopping center. Jerry told the friend he would get home on his own. He borrowed vehicles, he did not have his own.

Mr. Plaster was a laborer who was living with his parents at the time of his disappearance. He did not have a wife or children. Family and friends told authorities that it was "uncharacteristic" to not hear from him.
