The victim was discovered on August 12, 1990 in Washington, D.C.

Estimated Date of Death: 1-2 days prior

Cause of Death: Homicide by blunt force trauma and strangulation.

Vital Statistics

Estimated age: 18-27 years old

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'2"; 108 lbs.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Cropped hair; medium to light complexion. Had at least one child.

Clothing: Tattered, denim jeans, over black cut-off jeans; her top was a black t-shirt with flowers, a rainbow effect, and an engraving that said, Voo Doo Beach Body Glove.

Dentals: A noticeable gap between her upper, cental incisors. The upper left central incisor also protruded.

Case History
The victim was located in a trash bin, covered by a blue blanket, on the morning of August 12, 1990. The trash bin was behind a building on the 5100 block of Sargent Road, NE.
The complex hosts mostly elderly persons, and no one recognized her photo.
Her fingerprints have been run through the FBI database to no avail.
There are indications she may not be from the DC area and maybe from as far away as California.
