Unidentified Black Male
- The victim was discovered on February 16, 2000 in the 5000 block of Fort Totten Drive, NE, Washington D.C.
Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 18 - 25 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'5"; 144 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Short curly black hair and a slight mustache and beard. His left earlobe was pierced. Medium to dark complexion.
- Clothing: He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a blue and white covered bandanna, a gray t-shirt with the phase "Phat Farm" on the front, and blue jeans.
- Tattoos: A half-finished tattoo of a demon was on the middle of his back, a panther-like tattoo on his right forearm, and the number "13" is tattooed on his right shoulder.

Case History
On Wednesday, February 16, 2000, at approximately 05:30 a.m., the victim was found in the 5000 block of Fort Totten Drive, NE.
He was suffering from gunshot wounds to the body.
He was taken to Washington Hospital Center's MedStar unit where he was pronounced dead.
