Circumstances of Disappearance
Howard was last seen on March 10, 1988 at Pyramid Lake in Castaic. The Reseda man is missing and presumed dead after a boating accident.
Howard Green and his 2-year-old son, Daniel, were on a fishing trip in their 14-foot outboard motorboat when winds capsized their craft on Pyramid Lake. Rescuers were able to save Daniel, who was wearing a life jacket, but were unable to find Green, who did not have a life jacket. Green had rented boats before but reportedly had limited boating experience.
