    Circumstances of Disappearance
    Jared Michael Negrete of El Monte vanished July 19, 1991 when he fell behind five other Scouts and an adult leader while hiking to the summit of 11.500-foot Mount San Gorgonio, 90 miles east of Los Angeles. The only trace found of him was his camera. He has not been seen since.
