Circumstances of Disappearance
John Rato was last seen driving a black, four door, 1996 Plymouth Neon.
His vehicle was later located in the emergency lane, eastbound on Route 42, Black Horse Pike, in Williams Township, New Jersey. The vehicle had run out of gas.
