Circumstances of Disappearance
Donald Turner was last seen on May 3, 1990 in the Hobart Central Business District, after he was dropped there by friends.
Turner was a fisherman that worked on boats on the East Coast of Tasmania, with no fixed place of abode. A casual fisherman based at Triabunna, Mr Turner did not have family in Tasmania. He has not been seen or heard in Tasmania since 1990. Mr Turner was reported missing in August 1990 by a friend. Police inquiries revealed he had not been seen for three months before the report was filed. There's no evidence of any foul play.
