Circumstances of Disappearance
In 1979 Sjef went with friends for a journey around the world. In November 1982 he was going to stay in Australia for some months and return for the Netherlands via New Zealand. On November, 19th he went swimming in Lake Eacham in Atherton Tableland and did not return.
