Circumstances of Disappearance
Kenneth has been missing from his home in Glenrothes, Fife since the early hours of 3 November 1998.
Kenneth disappearance is very out of character, as he is considered an outgoing and sociable person. His family say he had been feeling a little low but had given no indication that he intended to leave.
Kenneth was ambitious to join the army and had taken to jogging to improve his health, especially as he suffers from asthma. He enjoys a game of pool and would regularly meet friends at the local snooker club.
