Circumstances of Disappearance
At the time of his disappearance, Robert Bell was on vacation with friends and was staying at a hotel in Nice. He was with a wedding company, a friend had gotten married a few days before in Austra, and all guest went on a journey to Italy and France. Before arriving in Nice, Bell had been to Innsbruk, Venice, Verona, Florence and Pisa.
The day before his disappearance he called his mother and sounded depressed.
All his things, clothing, documents and money were left at the hotel.
He was last seen walking towards the beach, in the evening.
Robers' father is American, his mother German. At the time of disappearance he was working with learning challenged children. He had also workedas a bartender, basketball coach and a lifeguard.
