• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Straight brown hair. Bushy eyebrows and a fresh complexion. Medium build.
• Clothing: He was believed to have been wearing dark jeans, either black or navy blue, probably wearing Timberland boots, a wide brown leather belt with a gold buckle, and a three quarter length quilted leather coat. Police say he would have had his house key tied around his neck on a black shoelace.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Michael was last seen on 21 November 1996, going to meet someone in Sleaford. He rarely travelled beyond the local area.
He left behind his beloved pet dog, unattended and without food, and the lights and central heating were left on, giving every indication that he would return home. He took no personal belongings with him. Michael left behind a family.
It was believed he had connections to the criminal community in the area.
Foul play is suspected.
