    Circumstances of Disappearance

    On 09/22/02, RP called the Napa Police Department to report her mother, MP-Luxford, as a missing person. RP stated in September 2001, MP-Luxford left her residence in Jacksonville, Florida, located at 3638 Ernest Street. MP-Luxford was later seen at a motel in Bessemer, Alabama. She has not been heard from since that time.
