Circumstances of Disappearance
In 1998 Hannah was abducted (together with her brother, who is over 18 years now) by her father and taken to Egypt without their grandmother's consent, while she had custody of Hannah after the death of their mother.
By final decision of the Court of Appeal in Leeuwaren (July 13, 2005) custody has been awarded to the grandmother.
