Circumstances of Disappearance
Francine Frost left her residence during the evening hours on February 16, 1981. Her husband told police she had gone to buy groceries for his lunch the next day.

On February 17, 1981 at 23.30, her vehicle was discovered in grocery store parking lot, at 21st Street and Memorial Drive, with keys still hanging in the drivers door lock.
Foul play is suspected.
