Circumstances of Disappearance
In the summer of 1990 El Medhi Rizki, a Moroccan graduate, arrived in Italy with some friends. He decided to stay in Milan.
He is very rarely in contact with his family, and does not return home for the funeral of his father. He last called his family in 1996. He may have gone to look for work in Northern Italy.
