Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown eyes; black hair. Has racial characteristics of people considered White, Hispanic or could possibly be from India, Pakistan or that region in Asia. He was probably a transient.

The victim was found along the roadway in western Maricopa County, Az., approximately ten miles north of Interstate 10.
