Circumstances of Disappearance
William Maddison French was last seen on the 15th of November 1997 in the Duncraig area.
According to a phone call he made to a friend on the 17th of December, 1997, he was in Kununurra intending to travel around Australia with a man named Marco.
Despite extensive inquiries by Police and family there has been no information regarding his whereabouts since then. His bank account was accessed until 1998.
Concern is held for his welfare.

Investigators have found that Mr French met an Australian citizen in Perth named Miro Petrovich Dragovich. The meeting is believed to have taken place 6 days before Mr French phoned his former girlfriend from Carnarvon.
Dragovich is being investigated in nine countries in relation to a web of deceit he has left behind him.
Dragovich has used at least 23 aliases, one them was Marco Dawson. This is believed to be the same Marco Mr French mentioned in his phone call.
