Rae was last seen at his grandmother's home in Marysville, California on June 22, 1997.
Kyle Ivor Rae was abducted by his non-custodial step father, Agustin Tapia Sanchez. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on July 2, 1999.
They may have gone to Mexico.
