Lopez - Valencia was last seen in Siloam Springs, Arkansas on August 15, 1997.
Hugo Armando Lopez - Valencia and his sister, Denise Yvonne Lopez - Valencia were abducted by their non-custodial father. They may have traveled to Mexico.
