• Date Of Birth: March 31, 1979
• Age at Time of Disappearance: 17 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'5"; 112 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Shoulder length dark brown hair; blue eyes. Slim build, sallow complexion.
• Clothing: Three-quarter-length black leather jacket, blue jeans, wine coloured sweat shirt, and a white t-shirt from Sea World in Florida showing a group of male lifeguards surrounding a woman with Ciara's face superimposed on the model.
• Jewelry: She was also wearing a limited-edition wristwatch sold in Florida to mark the holding of the World Cup competition in the United States in 1994. Only 2,500 were made. The watch has a square face with a green background featuring Mickey Mouse on the left-hand side and has a black leather strap.
• Dentals: Available. Dental problems with her gums and needed her upper row of her teeth reset.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Breen left her home between 1:00 am and 1:50 am by her bedroom window in Batchelors Walk, Ireland on February 13, 1997.
It is thought that she left her home for a pre-arranged meeting with an unknown person. But this has not been confirmed and no-one knows where Ciara went on that night.
