Circumstances of Disappearance
Evan was last seen at a apartment building he owned on Cedar Avenue, south of Willow Street in Long Beach, CA.
His vehicle, described as a two door Datsun, was later found several blocks away stripped.
Evan's mail had been taken and someone had forged his signature to get into his bank accounts.
