Circumstances of Disappearance
Villegas was last seen in Garland, Texas on June 24, 1996. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Alejandro Villegas. A felony warrant for Interference with Child Custody was issued for the abductor on 10/17/96.
Villegas and her father are believed to be in Mexico, possibly Tetecala or Cuernavaca.
