Circumstances of Disappearance
Millares was last seen in Covina, California on December 25, 1996. Elizabeth and her two sisters, Ashley and Gabrielle , were abducted by their non-custodial father, Arle Millares. A felony warrant for Child Concealment was issued for the abductor on January 27, 1997. The abductor may be using the alias Leonardo Arturo Miguel Solanga. They are believed to be in the Philippines but may travel between the United States and the Philippines.
