  • Clothing: No clothing was recovered.
  • Jewelry: Gold 3/4 loop pierce earring with a diamond.
  • Dentals: Available. Digital x-rays are available. Dental restorations and evidence of tooth loss and gum disease.
  • DNA: Available.
  • Fingerprints: Not available. Decomposition precluded fingerprinting.

Case History
A couple fishing found the skeletonized remains of a black male in a swamp near Mosquito Lake near State Route 305 in the vicinity of Cortland or Bazetta, Ohio.

The wetland area of the state park is near an intake of Warren’s water treatment plant on Warren Meadville Road.
