• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 2'8" (81 cm); 26 lbs (12 kg)
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White/Hispanic female. Brown hair; brown eyes.
• Marks, Scars: She has a light brown, semi-oval shaped birthmark on her right shoulder blade. She has pierced ears.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Lozano was abducted by her noncustodial father, Juan Antonio Lozano, Jr. A FBI warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor on September 18, 1995. It is believed Lozano took Bianca to Mexico where he had family. They may also be in the Houston area of Texas.
