- Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair, 4 1/2 inches in length, receding hairline. Mustache and short beard. Remote healed linear fracture of right and left parietal bones. Remote healed fractures of nasal bones and left maxilla. Remote healed fracture of left tibia. Approximately 1x1" healed oval defects (holes) bilaterally on right and left temporal bones. Likely past surgical crainectomy sites.
- Clothing: Levi jeans 550 size 30x32. Slip on shoe made of white canvas, rubber soled, size 8.
