Case History
The victim was located in the 3500 block of Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida. The decedent was found in the rear of McDonald's restaurant.
He was last seen alive July 2, 1997 by an employee of the restaurant having breathing problems.
A neighbor stated that he was seen several days earlier, lying in the grass nearby and appeared to be in pain.
