Adams was abducted by his noncustodial mother, Juanita Kristen Eberle Adams. Joshua's maternal grandmother and his aunt picked him up for a court-ordered visit with his mother.
A FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on 3/28/96. They may possibly be in the state of California.
