Circumstances of Disappearance
Sinclair was last seen on Saturday, July 13, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. at 112 Cullen Street in Dewey Beach, Delaware. It is believed she left the residence to take a brief walk on the beach but never returned. All personal belongings were left behind except for the key to the residence.
At the time of her disappearance she was a resident of Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
