Circumstances of Disappearance
Marina Schwendemann left her home on Wednesday, July 21, 1993 never to be seen again. On the day of her disappearance, she rented a car, a grey-silver colored Lancia Thema with license plates D-TC 463, that was found in apparently normal condition on September 1, 1993 in a parking space near Düsseldorf main station.
She had two children it is considered out of her character to leave them behind.

Ms. Schwendemann was the owner of the bar "NO NAME" in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen. She was last seen wearing all-black clothing, leather trousers, a long, silk summer jacket, black shoes, a black handbag, a silver bracelet with an embedded watch and several slim rings.
