Circumstances of Disappearance
Roach was last seen at Armidale on December 31, 1993, when his uncle dropped him off into the Armidale CBD.
He liked to travel the north coast of New South Wales and did so extensively.
He lived 20km outside Armidale at the time of his disappearance, and was a part-time University of New England student. Foul play is suspected.
