  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'6"; 130-131 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair and a mustache; brown eyes.
  • Clothing: White t-shirt under a tan, button-up shirt; gray jeans; black cowboy boots; tan leather belt.
  • Tattoos: A homemade devil with a pitchfork and a small heart, tattooed on his upper right arm/shoulder.
  • Dentals: Available. Natural teeth with no fillings.

Case History
The victim was located in Industry, California on May 29, 2006.
He was found with a head injury around 14.00, at the rear of a building on the 15000 block of Salt Lake Street.
He was transported to Los Angeles County USC Medical Center for treatment. He never emerged from a coma, and was transferred to the California Rehabilitation Center in Van Nuys for further care.
On June 30, 2006, he was pronounced dead.
