Clothing: Gray socks. One sandal "Old Navy" brand, light blue in color.

Case History
On May 31, 2005, at approximately 13.45, the Maryland Department of Corrections was cleaning the roadside trash in the area of the Southbound Capital Beltway just prior to Exit 24 (College Park/Greenbelt Metro Station) when they discovered a body on the side of the road.
