  • Distinguishing Characteristics: He is of Indian or Sri Lankan appearance with neatly trimmed black hair and a pock marked complexion. Medium build.
  • Marks, Scars: Distinctive scars on both of his shoulders


Case History
The victim was located in an hotel room in the Grand Hotel in Torquay, Devon on 24th September 1997.
He is thought to have died from cyanide poisoning.
He checked in the previous day under the name Mr Patel but had no baggage with him.
