- The victim was discovered at 2:20 pm on December 9, 1998 near Frankenthal under a bridge where the A6 motorway crosses the Rhine river in Germany.
- Manner of death was probably homicide. The remains had been burned.

- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8½" (174 cm.)
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair; brown eyes. The victim had a slim figure and a thick moustache.
- Clothing: Blue jeans with label "Arizona", a black jacket or coat with label
"Palazo Men Fashion by Romeo & Julia", black slip-on shoes with imprint "Adamo
Shoes Men" and a blue checked shirt with label “Southwest Castle".
