Case History
On July 19, 1995, a human torso and skull was found in Vienna, Neue Donau (part of the Danube river). The corpse was packed into a black garbage bag made of plastic. Three days later, an employee in an animal waste processing institute discovered a human pelvis including legs, inside a rubbish skip. It was later determined that the parts belonged to the torso washed ashore three days earlier.
